About This Event
The hardest part of the Backyard Ultra isn't the running. It's the course on repeat, hour after hour. You can choose to give up, sit down and call it a day or you can stand up and do it all over again... and again... and again. Just one more lap. 📅 1 August 2026 📍 Van Gaalen Cheese Farm 🏃 6.706km every hour This race isn’t mentally against the other runners, its against you. You either beat yourself or you don’t. Last man standing wins.
